Redstone Nectar of the Hops 750ml:


This light gold / yellow mead has a wonderfully sweet combination fruity flavors and aroma with a light hop bitterness. The whole package has a light pear character and the mouthfeel is smooth with a slight bitter / floral hop. Now I have made a few hop meads in my day but maybe only one of them ever reached this level of delicate balance
