Bright copper in color it pours with a thin but dense head. The aroma starts with a bit of sweet malt but quickly moves to the big fruity hop. With big orange and lemon tones along with some tropical pineapple and mango with maybe just a hint of peach. The flavor has a pervasive caramel malt but it is juicy hops and the honest 98 IBU bitterness that dominate. Sure there are beers that post higher IBUs but this brew is a real kick to the taste buds. There is no doubt that this bad dog is all about the hops, well that and the 10%.
