Van Steenberge Monk""s Cafe 330ml:

Brown / red in color with an orange tinge, the head pours and laces better than expected from the style. The nose is winey sharp with a cherry like fruitiness and a bit of oak. The mouth-feel is fizzy yet soft. The flavor is shocking tart up front that diminishes after the first few sips. After your taste buds acclimate to the tartness the wonderful fruity combination of cherry and ripe apple come pouring through with hints of caramel and oak as well. An outstanding Flemish Sour.
