H.U.B. (Hopworks Urban Brewery) is one of Portland’s hottest breweries and I for one am stoked that they are now bottling. They have some of the most talented brewers around, a well-executed restaurant / brewpub and a reputation that can take them to the top. The first four out of the gate are some of their standard lineup, which they do very well. I hope to see some imperials, barleywines and Belgian styles in the future.
