Sogaards Julebuk 500ml:


Solid brown in color with some red tints. This spiced bock beer is smooth and malty with the spicing not over the top. The aroma is malty sweet with a cake like quality. The flavor is of toasted bread, slight caramel and a bit of roasty chocolate. It does have a reserved hop finish but you are left with an overall soft malty character.
