This 10% Belgian IPA pours a deep gold color with a large rocky head. The aroma is big in the pine – resin hops from the dry hopped Amarillos. The flavor is grassy and citrusy from the Goldings, and Cascade hops as well as the lemon balm. The valerian they have added gives it a dusty earth quality at the finish that makes it like nothing you have had before.
