This Norwegian double IPA is orange / copper in color is a sudsy head that settles into a thin layer. The aroma is of lemony / tangerine hops with a floral bent. The flavor is lightly sweet with caramel and a touch of brown sugar (no it is not as sweet as those descriptors might make you believe but that is what I taste) with a tangy spicy bitter finish from the hops. Although this great 9 %er is quite bitter, it has a compelling drinkability.
