Brown to auburn in color with a medium head. This double bock has a spicy cinnamon, bready, aroma that has hints of fruit (plum/pear). The flavor is of toasty brown malt, honey, with a slight fruitiness. It is not as sweet as it sounds, the flavor is all about the malt and yeast and the hopping is low (per style) which means the malt comes shining though.
