Liquid Solutions

This saison is a beautiful bright gold color. Its carbonation is high but the head is small and bubbly. The aroma is lemony and minty. An easy tartness up front with a light pale malt flavor. The hops are herbal and have a good bitterness for a saison. There is a light earthiness at the finish and the mouth feel is light and pillowy from the high carbonation.
