This big roasty Belgian stout is made with torrified wheat, oats dark candy sugar and a Belgian yeast strain. This gives is a black color with brown highlights. The head is massive and rocky. The aroma is coffee and roasted barley in character. The flavor is toasty, chocolate, and brown yeasty bread. Very limited in supply so my apologies if we are out already.
