Brown with a amber tint to it, this Christmas beer has plenty of carbonation and a very large head. The aroma is of fig, date and cherry with the brown malts coming off as cake. The flavor is big on the fruits (cherry, dates and raisins) with a spice cake in the middle and a light hopping at the end. This beer being rich, fruity and strong (10%) this is what Belgian beer is all about.
