Liquid Solutions

Big and black with a prodigious tan head. The aroma is of dark chocolate, black malt and wood. The flavor is of coffee, bitter chocolate and has a touch of smokiness. Bolder than an English porter, not as hoppy as an American but not as sweet as a Baltic. I might call it an imperial porter due to its aggressive flavor but the average 6% would keep it from that category IMHO. Imperial or not this is one tasty porter.
