Zipang is a 7% sparkling sake that is light and best served chilled. I drink Zipang like I would drink a nice Belgian blond or an American golden ale, that is I drink it when I want something flavorful but not too aggressive as well as something not too strong (sake can get into 18%+). Zipang pours clear and effervescent, the aroma is slightly earthy, the flavor is lemony up front with an easy slight coconut like finish. This is a good one to try if you have never had Sake.
