Liquid Solutions

This is a fine (and rather fruity) ESB. A brilliant copper color with a foamy but a tad thin head. The smells of fruit, caramel, and floral hops come off the top of the glass. The flavor is malty with a hoppiness that most likely comes from goldings and or Fuggles. As the glass warms the caramel tones come forward to give you an even smoother ad slightly sweeter ESB.
