Wonderfully fruity Belgian Style triple / grand cru. Copper / orange in color with a big head that settles down to a thin layer. I suspect the head to retain better after some aging. The aroma is fruity cherry with fig and allspice. The flavor is of peach and candied cherries. Although the spice comes through mostly in the aroma the flavor does pick up a touch of cinnamon. Outstanding beer that will most definitely improve over the years.
