Dark brown winter ale with aromas of dried fruit, spices, chocolate, coffee and plum. Medium body with slightly tart and mild bitter- sweet finish.

I know this is winter ale and I am releasing it in May but as with most Belgian Strong Dark beers it ages beautifully. As it ages the dried fruit flavors go up and the finish is a touch drier.
