Liquid Solutions

This saison is brewed with cocoa and chili peppers. Light brown in color with a medium size persistent head. It has all of the usual funky saison character with a slight cocoa hint and a wonderful chili flavor (without heat). Even for Fantôme this is a unique pairing for a beer. The chilies give it a deeper tone than the fruity, floral, spice ones you usually get from Fantôme.
